Foodies in Florence week one

The food I have tried over the past week has been some of the best food I have ever had! I have tried multiple different pizzas and so far my favorite is the pesto pizza from gustapizza. amongst all of the pizzas i have tried, i have noticed many differences in the crust and thickness of the pizzas. When I was in Milan Italy, the pizza there was very different than Florence. The crust was much thicker and I noticed very different tastes in the sauces. This surprised me because I had not realized how much the quality of food can differ from place to place based on location.
