Over the two weeks, the reading and content of mindfulness became an important impact in my daily life. When I didn’t learn the course, I think mindfulness is not very important, and I would not do it everyday. However, when I finished the course, mindfulness influence a lot in my daily life. After reading articles, I know better about how emotion appear and how people can influence their own mind with their behaviors. When I do Yoga meditation, I will sit on a chair or lying on the yoga mat, close my eyes, breath deeply and slowly, let my brain think of noting. Then focus on outside sounds or focus on feeling body. After doing meditation, it makes me relax and full of energy.
