I chose the calm app and I chose the relax session right before bed. There really wasn’t anything that was frustrating or difficult about incorporating this into my nightly routine. It was better because it was at night right before bed so it helped me relax before bed and ease my mind and body. No I think this was an overall good experience and I am happy with the session I chose because since it was right before bed it kind of taught me to not stay on my phone at night and just put all electronics away and just close my eyes and go to sleep.
