I chose the Calm app technique. It was awesome I have heard some amazing things about this app and it has been getting some awesome reviews. I like how the sessions are only about 5-10 minutes which is pretty good. I felt very calm and I felt like all my muscles were relaxed after a hard workout it is very helpful with keeping your stressors low. The reminder of my day was to just breathe and listen to your breath every time you were feeling overwhelmed or stressed out.
