Over the last two weeks I made sure used the movement technique and went to the gym. Going there with a purpose to help my mind be at ease rather then going just to go has changed my experience. I started to really enjoy myself and other people who I barely knew all because I felt relaxed and my mind was at ease. I think the mindfulness module was beneficial cause it gave me a guide to find other ways to relieve stress. I think the activity was a success and eventually I will have to choose another one similar to further my mindfulness.
