I chose cross-stitching as my mindfulness technique for the two week time span. What I found to be frustrating or difficult about incorporating the mindfulness practice in my daily routine is because there is not enough hours in the day to complete it. The only thing that I dislike about cross-stitching is if you mess up on one part and don’t notice then its very difficult to go back. I still very much enjoy doing this activity, but crocheting or painting may have been a better fit if I were to choose an alternative.
