Friday November 18th, 2011: Casey and Dr. Caran presented a talk entitled “Lowering the Activation Energy to do Chemical Demonstrations” to attendees of the Virginia Association of Science Teachers’ Professional Development Institute. They discussed the resources they have created for use by Virginia teachers to encourage the use of chemical demonstrations within the classroom.
